We’re thrilled to welcome Stephen Abramson back to the CorCystems team, this time in a new role as our Director of Operations! Stephen has been a key part of CorCystems in the past, and his return in this new capacity brings fresh insights and even more value to our clients. With his passion for process improvement, automation, and client success, Stephen’s leadership is poised to enhance the experience for everyone who works with CorCystems.

A Return with Renewed Purpose

After spending nearly a decade at CorCystems, Stephen took a brief break to broaden his experience and skills. Now, he’s back, ready to take on the newly created Director of Operations role. Reflecting on his return, Stephen shared, “It’s kind of like a return to some of the things that make me happy—process and automation. I’m excited to use the new perspectives I’ve gained to help streamline operations and bring more value to our clients.”

Stephen has sharpened his project management skills and gained insights from other MSPs during his time away, which will directly benefit CorCystems clients. He’s coming back with fresh ideas for delivering an even smoother IT experience.

Stephen’s new role as Director of Operations allows him to focus on improving both internal processes and client services. He’s dedicated to enhancing the client experience by leveraging automation and operational efficiency. “My goal is to help streamline processes within CorCystems and deliver new and exciting features for our clients,” Stephen explained. “I want to make sure that we’re working as a business to advocate for our clients, helping them gain a competitive edge in their markets.”
